Prism Early Intervention offers compassionate, play-based behavioural support tailored to children across various developmental domains. At Prism Early Intervention, we recognize that behaviour serves as one of the most effective modes of communication. Our focus is on understanding what children are trying to convey, and we aim to create a happy, relaxed, and engaging environment through individualised plans that provide a circle of security and understanding.

We provide individualised plans that address all developmental domains, such as language, play, social interaction, and managing any concerning behaviour. Our sessions focus on play-based behavioural support and take place in the child's natural environment, including their home, childcare, or preschool/school.

Jason’s interest in the principles of behaviour analysis began while he was still practicing as a doctor in Indonesia. After graduating from medical school, he found work at a developmental clinic specializing in children with developmental delays. In this role, Jason referred families to the appropriate professionals for diagnosis and management of various conditions. Over time, he became particularly interested in behaviour analysis, recognizing it as one of the few modalities that yielded promising outcomes across multiple developmental domains for his clients.
Eager to deepen his knowledge, Jason pursued a Master of Education in ABA from Monash University in Melbourne. He has since worked as a behaviour therapist in the ACT, providing play-based behavioural support to children aged 3 to 12 years old. Recently, Jason advanced to the Behaviour Support Practitioner position, where he conducts assessments and develops individualised plans tailored to each child's needs. Jason enjoys collaborating with children of all ages, especially older children, and he finds great fulfillment in working with parents eager to see their children progress.
